Anyone who works with MAVILIO is an "agent," in the sense that they "act" independently, and in the sense that - like an agent - they receive commissions on the actual results of their work.

As a matter of company policy, MAVILIO Agents' commissions are meaningful and long-lasting: they are paid to the bitter end, for the duration of the Contracts procured or - in the case of creative agency work - for the duration of the use of the intellect's product within the MAVILIO System.

MAVILIO welcomes in itself autonomous, creative, honest and responsible professional personalities who have an extended, multi-dimensional sense of life.

MAVILIO Agents, whatever their job description, demonstrate that they belong to a category of people who are not subservient to technology, but rather own it and maturely are able to control it, make it friendly and fruitful.

MAVILIO does not condone "super-work." In an age that pushes and forces everyone to be always alert and productive for too many hours a day, we do not consider it productive or healthy to "work" more than three days a week.

Unless there are very special extraordinary needs, the days we consider working are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays are normally devoted to one's private and personal dimension: study, self-care, family, and affections; or to work tasks that are inescapable but whose fulfillment ensures movement, sociability, and well-being.

It agrees that the basis of any collaboration with MAVILIO is a recognized and fine ability to concentrate action.
